These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of game server hosting and related services offered by Ghast Hosting through ghast.com.br and associated control panels (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Ghast Hosting provides access to virtual game servers and related infrastructure (including panel access, allocations, backups where offered, and support channels we make available). Features and limits depend on the plan you purchase.
2. Rental only — no ownership
Servers, instances, IP addresses, hostnames, and panel resources are rented to you for the subscription period. You do not acquire ownership of hardware, software licenses, IP space, or any Ghast Hosting systems. You may not sell, sublicense, or transfer your rental without our written permission. When your subscription ends or is terminated, access may be removed and associated data may be deleted according to our retention practices.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Payments
Fees are charged as shown at checkout or in your panel (including wallet top-ups, renewals, and add-ons). You agree to pay all applicable charges and taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your server and account access.
5. No refunds
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rata returns for partial periods, unused time, downtime, configuration mistakes, or dissatisfaction with performance, except where required by mandatory law in your country. Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in immediate suspension and permanent account closure.
6. Your content and our visibility
You control what you install and store on your rented server (worlds, plugins, mods, files, and player data). Server-side and panel data is protected using encryption and access controls in the normal course of operations.
We do not routinely inspect or monitor the contents of your game worlds, chat, or files. For abuse prevention, billing, and operating the network, we may process limited technical and account information, such as:
- Registration and account details you provide (name, email, and related profile data);
- IP addresses, connection metadata, and resource usage (CPU, memory, disk, bandwidth);
- Payment and order records handled by our billing systems;
- Security and anti-abuse signals (for example firewall or CrowdSec-related logs tied to network activity).
We may access server or panel data only when reasonably necessary to provide support you request, enforce these Terms, comply with law, or protect the Service and other customers from abuse or security incidents.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service for illegal activity, malware, denial-of-service attacks, harassment, copyright infringement, crypto mining without authorization, or any use that disrupts other customers or our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate rentals that violate this section.
8. Backups and data loss
Unless a plan explicitly includes automated backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data. We are not liable for loss of worlds, configs, or other data due to user error, software bugs, hardware failure, or termination of service.
9. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, DDoS events, and force majeure may affect availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practical.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, Terms violations, or risk to the platform. You may cancel renewals according to panel options; prepaid time is generally not refundable (see Section 5).
11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ghast Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us for the affected server in the thirty (30) days before the event giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms: contact us through the support options listed in your panel or at the email address configured for Ghast Hosting notifications.
